7-Time PBA National Champion Steve

Steve
was born in Rome, NY, at Griffiss Air Force Base on August 24, 1965.
He won his first tournament on national television at the age of 15,
appearing in the "Junior Stars Classic" which youth bowlers still
compete in today. Steve turned professional at the age of 18
and has toured the circuit for the past 18 years. Jaros has rolled
over 60 perfect games - including a televised 300 game - becoming
the 13th player in PBA history to accomplish that feat. Steve
holds 7 national titles which includes his first major (2005 Dexter
Tournament of Champions) and 40 regional titles. He has been
selected the "Midwest PBA Bowler of the Year" for the past 4 years.
He was recently awarded the 2004 Midwest Bowling Writers Award. He
also came in second in the 2004 Player of the Year voting. Steve and
his wife June, are the proud parents of 9 year old twins - Evan and
Hannah. In between tour stops, Steve can be found bowling PBA
regionals, on the lanes at Fox Bowl, or behind the counter at J&J
Bowling Supply ready to answer all of your questions and personally

Helen Jaros
(a.k.a. Steve's Mom)
Helen's
son Steve, and her husband Ron, fulfilling a life long dream,
officially opened the doors of J&J Bowling Supply on March 17, 1990
inside Fair Lanes Bowling Center in Bolingbrook, IL. Ron passed away
on October 6, 1990, and Helen devoted all of her time and effort to
promote the pro shop, and see the dream through. J&J relocated to
Fox bowl in 1993, and arrived at their current location in October
1996. Helen maintains every facet of J&J Bowling Supply, including
those maintenance and service duties so important in operating a
business that is dedicated to serving the needs of each and every
valued customer. Due in considerable part to the dedication of
Helen, J&J is entering its 19th year of service.

Jake Woltman
Jake
was born June 26, 1978. Jake has a son Tyler who became an avid
bowler at the age of 3....Tyler is now 8 years old. Jake began
bowling at the age of 13. He has rolled over fifty 300 games and
thirteen 800 series. He adds to his credits- six 1st place finishes
in the Lombard Sweepers. He also holds an ABT title and has several
2nd and 3rd place finishes. He holds a title at the Wheaton Team
Tournament. He recently added a first place finish in the Elgin
Association Doubles Tournament with partner Tom Sims (Proprietor of
Fox Bowl). Jake is our full time driller and runs the shop while
Steve is touring. He is extremely knowledgeable of the game and all
facets of bowling equipment and layouts to suit your individual
game. He has drilled numerous balls which have produced many honor
scores and wins for so many of our satisfied customers. Stop in and

Gregg Zicha
Gregg
has been a member of the PBA for over 20 years. He has rolled over
forty 300 games and numerous 800 series. He is a PBA Regional
Champion and also has a 2nd Place finish at the PBA Regional Players
Championship. Gregg also has 2 USBC Open Championship Titles. Gregg
has been instructing for over 20 years and can be found bowling PBA
regional tournaments along with some National stops as well as
bowling at Fox Bowl where he averages over 232. Gregg's dynamic
personality, experience, and knowledge of the game and equipment
will make your lesson most informative, enjoyable and productive. If
